I am a second generation dog breeder and exhibitor, and my sole focus is on Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) registered long and smooth coat Chihuahuas. I have been involved with dogs my entire life, and have always dreamed of owning Chihuahuas. I received my first Chihuahua as a Christmas gift in 2000 and immediately fell in love. Since then, showing and breeding Chihuahuas has become a joy and passion for my husband and I. Please explore our website to learn more about us and our dogs, and check out the information and many photos we have posted.

My husband and I consider ourselves students of the breed, and are constantly doing research on pedigrees, reading books (breeding, genetics, showing, etc.), taking various seminars, attending handling classes, and trying to pick up any extra knowledge we can get from various sources. Although I have been involved with dogs my entire life I definitely do not profess to know everything, and acknowledge that breeding Chihuahuas is a life long learning process. Hence, I am continually looking for new resources, information, and keeping an open mind. Our goal is to improve the breed through selection, commitment, dedication, perseverance, and integrity.

I am a member in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club and I strive for excellence in my breeding program. All breedings are planned well in advance from the most well established and successful show bloodlines by matching the best combination of Sire and Dam in hopes of producing that ultimate Chihuahua and creating a bloodline that will be a positive influence on the breed. My husband and I put a great amount of time into pedigree research, health screening (pre-breeding), and knowledge of genetics and diseases. All of our dogs are bred for health first and foremost, then type, conformation, structure, movement, and temperament while staying true to the standard set out by the Chihuahua Club of America, and subsequently the AKC and CKC standard.

I have a limited number of litters per year, and although I use a selective breeding program not all dogs are cut out for the show ring, so I may occasionally have pet puppies available for placement. All of our puppies are raised underfoot in our busy household from birth, thus they are very well socialized when they leave to their new families. All pets are sold on a non-breeding and a spay/neuter contract, or go to their new pet homes already spayed or neutered. I do screen applicants wishing to purchase a Chihuahua whether it be as a pet, or for breeding/showing so don’t be offended if I ask a lot of questions.

I do not produce large quantities of puppies as mentioned, but do put a lot of time and effort into each Chihuahua I raise, therefore it is of great importance to find the perfect home and the right family for each of our puppies. All of our dogs are sold with current vaccinations and dewormings, CKC registration papers within 6 months from the date of purchase, a Royal Canin puppy starter kit including a free bag of dog food, 6 weeks of puppy health insurance from Petplan, and a 1 year written health guarantee. In addition, we have a lifetime commitment to all of the Chihuahuas we breed and we expect to remain in contact with our puppy owners. We provide lifetime support, information, advice, and suggestions on training, diet, nutrition, and socialization.I hope you enjoy our website and we appreciate any feedback you have. We are always striving to make improvements to our site so check back often for updates, new pictures,  links, and more.
